Foundation

Mechanics & Fundamentals

Grip, stance, footwork, and basic throwing mechanics. Building the physical foundation every quarterback needs before anything else.

Progression

Reads & Decision-Making

Learning to read defenses, progress through receivers, and make quick, accurate decisions under pressure.

Command

Leadership & Execution

Taking ownership of the offense. Audibles, adjustments, and the ability to lead a drive from start to finish.

Elite

Game Management & Mastery

Complete quarterback play. Managing the game, controlling tempo, and performing at the highest level of competition.

QB Lab

Where quarterbacks are made.

QB Lab is NXT's dedicated quarterback training environment. Position-specific drills, film review, and 1-on-1 coaching designed to accelerate development at every stage of the pipeline.
